Chrys specializes in teaching Hatha Flow, Hot and Restorative Yoga as well as Meditation. He's been practicing yoga and meditation for over 14 years, with influences from Hatha Yoga styles including, Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Anusara and Restorative Yoga. He is one of the few fully trained Anusara-based male Yoga Instructors in Toronto. His meditation practice is centred around self-awareness meditation techniques and the Shambhala Buddhist meditation tradition. Chrys' focusses on understanding the body through yoga by the use of body mechanics, and exploring alignment to bring the body strength and flexability. Working with the body to find expansion, and explore challenging and dynamic poses. He shares his passion for philosophy, both eastern and western in his classes. He emits a life affirming attitude, and handles challenge with compassion.
