I have practiced yoga for over 15 years and have completed my Yoga Teacher Training with the Roots and Wings (Yoga Alliance approved) Yoga Teacher Training in Vista, CA in 2007. I teach with Balance Yoga Studio in Alliston and Tottenham ON, in-home individual and group private yoga classes drawing from Anusara, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha styles. I have worked with pre/post natal clients, advanced and beginner yogis and students that have a variety of health concerns. My classes can be invigorating and/or relaxing and I am able to travel in a 50 km radius. See you on the mat!
