Our goal is to offer something for everyone in our community. Karma Lifestyle has classes the suit all ages & levels of experience with yoga. We have meditative, restorative & relaxing classes and degrees varying up to power hot yoga! Regardless how new or experienced you are, there is a yoga class at our studio for you! Full class descriptions are on our website. We also offer regular workshops and retreats. You may see us sponsoring or participating in numerous events in the area, mostly in wellness & mental health based events. We also have an online and in studio boutique filled with many intersting items from local artisans & around the world.
