Seven Seeds is a yoga and art space located in the Greenwwod/Queen East area of Leslieville in Toronto. We offer vinyasa(flow), hatha and restorative yoga as well as monthly workshops on a variety of topics to deepen your yoga practice. In addtion we host yoga parties for kids and adults from 5 to 100!
