There is a Yoga for everyone. I offer private sessions, group classes at the studio and outdoor class in the Summer. All levels of Yoga are welcome to join, I offer props to assist with the class. My Yoga classes take place in the Bodilogix Studio where I rent the space, there is a separate door into the Yoga studio.
