A semi-private yoga class with a maximum of 6 students/class. Classes are broken into 8, 10 or 12 week blocks where students come each week. Therefore students progress together and are able to see the changes in their mental and physical health. Having a small class ensures students have the attention of the teacher at all times. Modifications, adjustments and massages are done on students frequently throughout class.
