Join us in our new, breathtaking, spacious studio located on 6 1/2 peaceful acres in beautiful Caledon. Multiple classes (day and evening) are available year-round, on a drop-in basis or pre-registered. Jean Szmidt, founder and certified yoga instructor teaches a wide range of yoga classes. Jean teaches classes beginner to advanced classes (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga), Power yoga, therapeutic Viniyoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative yoga and more. She has studied with Rod Stryker, Paul Grilley and Gary Kraftsow. She leads classes, workshops and teaches privately. Embrace Life!

We offer Yoga for Cancer Warriors - for those newly diagnosed, in treatment, post treatment, gathering strength, thriving or for those loved ones supporting a Warrior. The sessions are held on a one-on-one basis either in our peaceful Caledon studio or in the comfort and convenience of the client's home. They are tailored to the individual's needs, objectives and goals.
