Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance
approved Teacher Training) with additional
training in Pregnancy Yoga. While pregnant,
yoga can help ease discomforts such as
sciatica, leg cramps and back pain while also
preparing your body for the birthing process.
I enjoy incorporating props (blocks, blankets
and straps) into the class. I am available to
teach pre-natal yoga privately for one on one
or group sessions.
