Yoga Mudra Studio focuses on Gentle Yoga with Stress management and Relaxation. The sessions are designed according to the individual needs. The programmes are combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and Mudras - the hand gestures. Priya is Yoga Siromani from Satyaram Yoga and Reflexology, RYT from Yoga Alliance. She has over 20 years of practical experience and over Eight years of hands on experience in teaching YOGA.
