Namaste is a newly opened studio situated right at EC Row and Lesperance in Tecumseh. The studio offers a wide variety of classes. Regardless of whether you are an experienced yogi or trying something new, you are sure to find a class you`ll love in our set. In addition the studio offers some specialty classes. We have Itsy Bitsy Yoga which is for Babies and Toddlers age 3 weeks to 24 months. There are also prenatal classes available for those who are expecting.
