Practice Yoga year round at beautiful Sauble Beach! Study with experienced, certified Hatha Yoga Teacher Elaine Tutte CYT. In Elaine's classes you are given the opportunity to completely calm your mind while gently stretching your entire body. You will leave feeling totally rejuvinated, rested and with the tools to carry this feeling of well being into your daily life. Elaine also teaches at the YMCA in Owen Sound. She is the resident teacher for the Owen Sound Aquatic Club.
