The Yoga style here on the mountain is Open Source, combining elements of Vinyasa, Anusara, Iyengar, Yin and more. Yoga is for everybody, especially the ?not very flexible? or those who think its not challenging enough. The therapeutic and restorative benefits of alignment practice are awesome and leads to greater flexibility, strength, balance, focus, and Grace. Teaching methodology is student centered and accommodating to all. The classes are intended to encourage the application of what is learned on the mat into life, or ?off the mat,? where we spend most of our time. Our classes are ideal for absolute beginners and those who would never think of going to a yoga class. Participants will leave feeling better about themselves and inspired about the practice. Welcome! Its not what pose one is in, but what one does in the pose. Namaste
